Through My Eyes

Welcome to My World

While blogging is an excellent way to vent or hone writing skills Through My Eyes is a trip through the eclectic and somewhat off beat regions of my mind. The fun of hanging out with me is that I love divergent viewpoints just as much as I love “Amens” so please feel free to express yourself by letting me in on what you think or feel. All comments are welcome and only the rule is…RESPECT. We never have to agree but we can disagree without being abusive.

You will find the comedic doings of my family and friends, my thoughts on politics, religion, love and a plethora of other issues. Thanks for hanging out and I look forward to hearing from you!

I was doing a general search for varying perspectives on US policy in the Middle East and to my surprise, I stumbled on some of the most concise yet poignant, insightful and, yes, thoughtful analysis I’ve seen in quite some time. And interestingly from another black person, like myself. What was equally striking was your further assessment of President Carter, whom I’ve met. Again, extremely prescient and on point. And yes, I must admit that I did venture further into your site subsequently. I’m really struck by a novel kind of humanity that permeates your work. Would love to pick your brain further. Thanks.
